What we collect
What you type into one of our two forms, and the time it reaches us:
- Partner enquiry form: your company, name, work email, phone, the service you need, weekly volume, delivery area and message.
- Hiring form (“We’re hiring”): your name, phone, email, the role you want, your experience, when you could start and your note.
If you email or call us instead, we keep what you send or tell us.
We also count visits, so we know how the site is used (see below).
How we use it
Only to get back to you:
- Partner enquiry form: to reply about your deliveries.
- Hiring form: to get in touch about the role and consider you for it.
We never sell or share your details. The services named below only store and handle them for us.
Where it is kept
Your submission goes to our Google Workspace account: a private Google Sheet and our operations inbox. Only our team can see them.
The site is hosted by Vercel, and the forms are sent through Google. Like any website, those services receive standard technical details when your browser loads a page, such as your IP address.
Counting visits
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They use no cookies and don’t identify you. We see totals only: which pages are viewed, where visits come from, country, device and browser, how fast pages load, and how many people send each form (with the service or role chosen, never your name or contact details).
Cookies
If you click Accept on our cookie notice, we also use Google Analytics, so we can see how the site is used over time, such as returning visits and the path people take through the pages. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) that last up to two years. Google processes this for us and doesn’t store your IP address, and we don’t use it for advertising.
If you click Decline, Google Analytics never loads. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
In your browser
So the opening animation doesn’t replay, the site keeps one small note in your browser’s session storage while your visit lasts; it is cleared when you close the tab. It also remembers your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage, so it doesn’t ask again. Neither is sent to us.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to reply to you or to work with you. Ask us and we’ll delete it.
